Thank you for shopping with Orynco! Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle orders and shipping:

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time

  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS or FedEx, with an average delivery time of 15–20 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivery times range from 15–30 business days, depending on the destination and fulfillment center.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, please note that delays can occur due to factors outside our control—such as holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, or global disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking information. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. For updates, visit the “Track Your Order” page on our website.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? No problem. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it—just send us an email at oryncoteam@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER." After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer guaranteed as your order may already be in production.

Incorrect Address?

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We can update it within 24 hours of order placement. After that, changes cannot be made, and we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details.

Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. If a package is returned, we’ll reach out to coordinate a reshipment or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll happily send you a replacement at no additional cost.
